Wildernest Araanya Resort in Karjat spans 2 acres of lush greenery, offering 17 keys, including 15 luxurious cottages with jacuzzis or bathtubs, each featuring a private patio with breathtaking views. Additionally, there are 2 family/group rooms with 4 beds each.

The main reception area houses a 50-seater air-conditioned restaurant with a minimalist indoor-outdoor feel, high ceilings, and ample natural light. The resort is adorned with natural foliage and various seating arrangements, providing guests with privacy and relaxation spots. It's perfect for couples and groups, with a kids' play area and a lawn for cricket, football, and other outdoor games.

Guests can enjoy the serene island pool, which includes a baby pool and a sun-kissed lounging area, exuding a sense of tranquility. The poolside area features a covered deck overlooking the pool and offers a lounging space and a range of recreational activities, including a pool table, table tennis, football, carrom, and chess, ensuring guests can enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities.

The resort also offers a banquet and meeting space hall with an attached lawn, ideal for hosting small-scale events and gatherings for up to 100 guests, making it perfect for corporate retreats, social events, and gatherings.

House Rules

Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits and guest can carry their own alcohol.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/ narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited, outside areas are permissible
The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
Extra Adults (11 years and above): ₹1,500 + taxes per night, including bed & breakfast.
Extra Children (6 to 10 years): ₹1,000 + taxes per night, including bed & breakfast.
Infants (up to 5 years): Complimentary stay.

Cancellation Policy

A Guest is entitled to a refund of 100% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking 30 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM).
A Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking between 20 to 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM).
No cancellation will be accepted for a confirmed booking between 15-0 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM), incase of any emergency guests may opt to reschedule the booking and the request will be accepted solely at the discretion of the management
No cancellation or reschedule requests will be accepted for a confirmed booking up to 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM), and will be considered a no-show and advance amount will be forfeited
Cancellation for peak dates that is Long holiday weekends such as Holi, Independence Day, Republic Day, Good Friday, Diwali, Christmas and New year will not be accepted.

Pet Policy

Guests may bring their domestic pets with prior approval.
During check-in, guests must adhere to Company Pet Policy and with a Rs. 1000* per pet maintenance fee, ensures a pristine guest room.

Pet owners must provide their own bedding and ensure pets stay off furniture.
Pets are not allowed in or around the pool area for safety reasons, with a fine of Rs. 10,000 for swimming. Management may intervene in disputes.
Designated pet areas are available, with pets to be supervised and leashed when outside guest areas and during room cleaning.
Pet owners are responsible for cleanliness and noise control to avoid disturbing other guests.
Any damages or injuries caused by pets are the responsibility of the guests.
Pets are only permitted in designated walking zones, not in public areas like restaurants or by the pool.
